Children's oral health starts much earlier than most parents think. Forming good habits from an early age prevents lifelong dental problems.
0-1 year: Clean the baby's gums with a soft damp cloth. When the first tooth appears, start brushing with a special baby brush.
1-3 years: Brush your child's teeth twice a day. First visit to the dentist up to 1 year. Avoid the bottle with milk or juice at bedtime.
3-6 years: Increase the amount of paste to the size of a pea. Supervise brushing until age 7-8.
6-12 years: Permanent molars begin to erupt. Sealing cracks is very effective in preventing cavities.
Teenagers: The period with the highest risk of caries. Orthodontic appliances require special attention to hygiene.
Our advice: make your visit to the dentist a positive experience!
